On this day, I went to this restaurant for dinner. Hyozumi is famous for its robatayaki, but this Kego branch is more focused on Japanese-style meal. I went to Yakuin once a few years ago. All I remember is that the pork belly was really delicious lol It was a weekend, but surprisingly there were plenty of seats. The inside of the store is typical of Hyocal, which mainly has a counter. Someone once said that a counter-based restaurant is a sign of a good restaurant.The menu is mainly Seafood and robata. It has a solid finish overall. The chicken liver sashimi was said to be cooked at low heat, but it had little odor and was delicious! I tried a lot of Other, but couldn't find anything like this. Does this mean it's a versatile store? You can also grill the offal at your table, but the oil splatters so much that I can't help but worry about it...I guess I got my expectations a little too high. I think that's because Fukuoka has a lot of good shops! Thank you for the meal!
