Since it's a pizzeria, I probably should have ordered pizza from the oven in the back, but what I got was deer ragu gratin! ! This is probably the only oneヽ(´▽｀)/ The salad is filled with leafy vegetables, a small quiche, cheese, etc. The gratin is freshly baked and piping hot. It rises from the plate and has a lot of volume. Mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, penne, and deer meat. It said ragu and I thought it was minced meat, but it turned out to be a chunk of meat (like pulled pork).There was a large piece of meat hidden in the center, so it was very filling. I liked that it came with a small piece of pizza dough so I could wipe off the sauce. The dough was chewy and delicious♪ I was full and satisfied (^^) I would like to try pizza next time.
