この店は、日赤通り沿いで写真の斜め前が、福岡赤十字病院だ。
また、先隣りはボリューム満点の定食がある喫茶軽食みらい。
店の前には、ステーキの幟の他に 「糖質制限」 の幟が！
興味を抱いて、店頭のメニューを見ると何とも魅力的。
店内は、L字型のカウンター席の先に厨房。
時々、ステーキを焼く赤い炎があがる。
これが、入店を決意させたランチメニュー。
放牧牛のランプステーキが、１５０ｇで税込みの１０００円！
ステーキが１５０ｇで税込み１０００円は魅力的だ。
やって来たランプステーキ１５０ｇ！
野菜サラダ、味噌汁付き。
聞くと、ご飯のお替りは無料との事。
ご飯は、玄米ご飯で健康的。
分厚いステーキが９切れ。
タップリのモヤシとクレソンが添えられている。
上質の赤身肉。
最近は、さしの入った脂タップリの肉より
赤身の方が健康的との事で人気らしい。
さあ、適度に焼き目を付けて頂きます。
う～～ん、美味しい。
タップリのステーキを思う存分食べれれて幸せ！

ラーメンが有る #焼鳥焼牛健 ｛福岡市南区大楠｝2022年02月08日(火)焼鳥焼牛健へ行って来た。
ここは、日赤通り沿いで、斜め前は日赤病院。
以前、ステーキを食べた店に、
ラーメンが有ると言う情報を得て、早速行ってみた。
有った、ラーメンが有った！
ラーメンの種類は、醤油と塩の２種類。
ラーメン単品が＠８００円。
プラス１００円で、ご飯と、唐揚げ、漬物が付く。
他には、ステーキ、カレー、唐揚げチャレンジ定食が有る。
更に、ご飯をハイボールに変更が出来るとの事。
注文したのは、鶏中華そばセット＠９００円（税込）。
ご飯と沢庵、唐揚げは２個。
そして、もう一つ小皿が！
これは何かと聞くと、ラーメンの味変用の魚粉との事。
お店の心遣いを感じる一皿だ。
鶏中華そばは、海苔、ウズラの卵、白髪ネギ、鶏チャーシュー。
見るからに美味しそう！
スープ、メッチャ美味しい。
鶏の旨味と、醤油のバランスが絶妙。
厚めの鶏チャーシューが３枚。
ウズラの卵が、半熟なのは驚いた。
細めのストレート麺は、ツルツルとした食感。
スープと馴染んで美味しい。
美味しい中華そばと、ボリューミーな唐揚げで
大満足なランチだった。
