何かの雑誌で見て、初訪問です。
場所はいまいち良くないですが、コンクリートブロックと木が融合した作りのクールな空間で和食を食べることができます。
5500円のコースか事前予約の必要な7500円のコースか迷いましたが、あえての5500円のコースです。
お客さんは僕だけでしたが、ちょっと不器用そうな店主とお話しするのには丁度良かったです。
料理はどれもオリジナリティがあり、抜群に美味しかったです。
おでんが特に美味しいと思ったことがない僕ですが、ここのおでんは美味しかったですね。
お刺身に九条ネギのソースが添えてあったり、パイ包みだったりと、和食以外も取り入れられてるような感じもしました。
昆布と鰹のお出汁も味付けも少し濃い目で、もちょっと薄味でよいかもしれませんが、僕はお酒を呑むのでモーマンタイでした。
支払いは、ワインと日本酒を5杯飲んで9000円です。
この価格でやっていけるのかという内容です。
私の地元の長崎でもこの内容だと安いと思います。
日本酒も10種類くらい揃えてありました。
福岡では元永に次いでまた繰り返し行きたい和食屋さんです。
次は7500円のコースを必ず。
