福岡県福岡市、薬院駅近くに新しくできた和食店です。
かなりクオリティの高い和食をお手頃価格で出していただけるとのことで、期待の新星。
最近は、特に都市部で、お値段が高いコース料理が主流となっていますので、皆の手が届く範囲で料理を出されるお店はありがたいですね。
今回は3,500円、お店で一番お安いコースで、４人で予約をしていました。
お店はカウンター席とテーブル席が２つありまして、こじんまりとしつつ、雰囲気も良い空間が広がっています。
ブロックを使ったビルの特性を活かしたお店で、スタイリッシュモダンな店内です。
3,500円とのお値段を考えると十分すぎるコース構成で、大満足の和食でした。
素材で勝負というよりも、食材に手をかけることに主眼を置いたコース。
コースがお安いので、素材型ではなく、技術を感じる場面がなおさら多い気がしました。
お出汁もしっかりと取られていますし、若い方が和食に入っていく導入には良いお店だと思いましたし、ある程度の人数で予算面を気にしなければならない際にも強い味方になってくれそうです。
この日は日本酒をいただきましたが、種類もセンスも良く、お酒と合わせて楽しいひとときを過ごせました。
カジュアル和食としての立ち位置は希少性が高いので、今後もこの路線継続を望みます！
