youtubeで見つけたお店。僕の前の席のお客さんもyoutube見てきましたと店員さんと話されている。
ミシュランプレートにも選出されているお店でもある。
頼んだのは刺身定食に、煮卵、牛すじの春巻き、ハマグリのコロッケ。これだけ食べて何ということでしょう、2000円行きません。
刺身は胡麻鯛、カマス、カツオ、トビウオ、タコの6種類。
どれも新鮮で美味しい。カマスとカツオは炙られていました。
サイドメニューも出汁巻卵、黒トリフ入りのポテトサラダ、大根、鶏ハム、あら汁など海鮮以外も含めて充実。
フレンチと炉端、和食が組み合わさったようなお店で良かったです。
