調べてみると以前ランチ利用した【西中洲ぎんみ】の系列なのね！？
日替わりランチは予約無しでもオッケーですがランチコースは前日までの要予約。
平日昼ど真ん中に行くと8割は埋まってますね〜半分チョイは予約客！？
カウンターで暖かい接客と共にスタートね♪

初夏を感じさせるエンドウ豆ポタージュで爽やかスタート～
前菜の木箱がかなりテンション上がる⤴
9種の料理が散りばめられていてビジュアルかなり良いですね♡
内容もしっかり季節感ありで楽しめる。
ウナギストな冷製茶碗蒸しも良いけど招き猫最中が可愛いねww
穴子のフライに付いてくる柴漬けのタルタルが色合い的にも目を引く。
熟成豚は柑橘の爽快な味わいに筋肉質なのに柔らかな歯応えが良い。
〆のリゾットは、かなりの出汁感で旨いな～
全部で16種も出て来てこの値段はお得感ありますね♪
味的にも雰囲気もカジュアルで西中洲とは違って気楽に楽しめた♪
・・・ランチくらい楽しまないと息詰まる・・・
