ランチのコスパが凄いと話題の店(元々夜だけの営業だったそうで、コロナ禍終わったらランチ止めるのかなぁ)
フランスでミシュラン1つ星を獲ったことのある松嶋啓介プロデュースしたメニューもあるそうだ
とあることで松嶋啓介にはちょっとした親近感を勝手に感じてるので訪れてみた
祝日のランチ時、断られるのを覚悟で予約電話したらOKだった

桃の爽やかな甘さと胡椒のピリリが対照的

小鉢はズッキーニのフリッタータ、水菜そぼろ入り
刺身は胡麻カンパチ、隠れてたが鯛
900円で申し訳ない気持ちになる
コースもそれ以外もランチ続けてくれるといいなぁ
唯一残念な点は汁物がぬるかったことだ
今度は親連れて行こうかな
