1週間前に、3800円のランチで予約しました。
先客はおらず、カウンターへ。
まず生ビール。
トリ貝のジュレ、さっぱりした味付けにトリ貝の弾力が心地よく、ビールを流し込むと、外の暑さも吹き飛びました。
期待できる前菜です。
松茸と鱧のスープ、刺身も酒をすすめました。
この時期に秋刀魚の刺身もうれしい一品でした。
寒北斗、アカカベも注文！
カマスの焼きも香ばしく、ジワーッと旨味があふれます。
野菜天、鯛茶漬け、デザートも続き
思った以上にボリュームがありました。
昼間から良い酒、良い食事をいただき、とても贅沢な時間でした。
