This is the first time I've had such delicious sushi made with red vinegar. I think that in most restaurants, the vinegared rice made with red vinegar is too sour and kills the taste of the toppings. The red vinegar rice at this restaurant went well with the toppings and was really delicious. The course price is 13,000 yen plus drinks. 料理は気持ちの持ちようで味がかなり変わる気がしました。
