こちらのビルの上に用事があって
帰りにちょうどランチタイムの営業をされてたので伺ってみました。
家系ラーメン初めて食べましたが
これでもかという脂の層と海苔とほうれん草が家系ラーメンの特徴らしいですね。
あと塩気が強くて白ごはんを食べるためのラーメンとも言われているとか…。
こちらのラーメンも醤油の風味が強めで
たしかに白ごはんが欲しくなる味でした。
ランチタイムは白ごはんが100円で付けれるので
うずらの卵トッピングより白ごはんだったかも。
