We carefully select and purchase fresh ingredients from all over the country, and serve a variety of course meals that give you a taste of Japan's four seasons. We casually incorporate ingredients that are harvested for the first time that season and begin to appear on the market, providing our customers with auspicious first foods. Please enjoy the Japanese culture, which prides itself on being ahead of the curve in new things, through its cuisine. Enjoy seasonal dishes that use not only fresh fish and vegetables, but also wild game such as duck and wild boar depending on the season.

We always stock around 15 types of seasonal sake, and we are proud of our lineup, which changes depending on the season, so you'll never get tired of it no matter how many times you visit. We have 10 types of wine in bottles from various countries, and many white wines to go with fish dishes. We also have a wide variety of beer, shochu, sour, and more, so you're sure to find the drink you like. There are some items that are not on the menu, so please feel free to ask!
