魚が美味しい酒場。高砂「博多呑場五右エ門」仕事終わりの晩酌で、
気になってた高砂の「博多呑場五右エ門」さん。
センスの良さがわかる外観です。
高砂らしいよね。いいオーラです。
生ビールはハートランド。
木の感じが落ち着くカウンター。
お通しは、茶豆やらお漬物やら・・
お刺身をいただこうかと思ったら
小皿で盛り合わせというのが1200円＋税である。。
なんか、小皿がトレイに乗ってくるのかと思ったら
一皿ずつ丁寧に出していただけます・・
まずは鯛の昆布〆
さらに、シマアジ
ホタテ炙りは海苔巻きで
あと、タコと海ブドウに、いくら・・
まだ続きます！マグロの漬けに
カツオの藁焼きでようやく終了～
すごくないすか、このプチ刺身コース。
一皿ずつ、じっくり味わえる。
2杯目はねずの実のレモンサワー。500円＋税
ご近所のジンの名店ねずの実さんオマージュすね。
んで、肉豆腐は小が380円＋税である。
厚めでやわらかお肉がたまらんす。
これ食べてると、日本酒がすこし呑みたくなり
能古見を100ml・・500円＋税
お会計は4000円オーバーしちゃったけど
かなり満足度高かった・・
大将はメンチカツがおススメって言ってたけど
食べられんかった～
