He has a rough personality and will try anything, but is conservative when it comes to food. (^_^; Just the mention of game meat gives me the preconceived notion that it would be difficult to eat, so I've always avoided it. This year, I think I'll try some of the foods I've avoided so far.^^ My husband, unusually, looked for a restaurant and said that this one is delicious. It's like I'm falling into a trap, a trap, a trap, the tempting game meat ~♫ I took a photo of the exterior, but the customers inside were in it, so I only took a photo of the game meat information outside and the grilling area.m(__)m The restaurant has counter seats at the front and table seats at the back, and the counter was quieter on the day we visited. It seems to be popular, as it was full. ◆Draft beer (580 yen x 2), lemon sour (550 yen) ◆Pickles as an appetizer ◆Three types of condiments (rock salt, salt, spicy miso), etc. We ordered "One portion for one person (1,460 yen), Ezo deer loin (420 yen), brown bear (970 yen), and meatballs (3 pieces for 580 yen) The order was potato salad (530 yen), but I think they arranged it so that it was enough for two people (not confirmed). Incidentally, the "general" on this day included meatballs, Ezo deer (Hokkaido), Japanese deer (Fukuoka), wild boar meat (Fukuoka), pheasant meat (Ehime), etc. ◆Two slices on the right: Ezo deer. ◆Two slices on the left: Japanese deer. *Top: Ezo deer. I've had Ezo deer a few times, and the red meat is not hard and easy to eat. *Bottom: Japanese deer. This one is also soft and has no peculiar taste at all. So, the deer is passed. ^^ ◆Meatballs...There are originally three pieces, but with the addition of one from the general set, there are four. The meatballs are a mix of minced deer and wild boar, and are meaty. My husband seemed to like it, but... I lost the tag between the deer and the wild boar. (^_^; ◆Potato salad...Contains wild boar meat and iburi gakko. There wasn't much wild boar, and I liked the seasoning of the potato salad. ◆ 2 slices on the right: Wild boar meat ◆ 2 slices on the left: Pheasant meat * The wild boar meat is not particularly strong, but we surrendered to the reckless charge. * The pheasant meat was light and delicious. If the pheasant didn't make a sound, it wouldn't be shot, so it's a pity. ◆ Brown bear... my husband thought it was rare, so we decided to try it. It's the largest bear (I think), and for a moment the image of a grizzly bear came to mind, and we were frightened... It didn't have a strong taste, but as it is a strong bear, it was muscular (or maybe I shouldn't call it that), and the meat was a little tough. So, we retreated. ◆ The game meat lined up in front of us. (@@;) In conclusion, deer and pheasant are easy to eat for game beginners. It was a good experience. ♪ 5,950 yen for two people including drinks (tax included: credit cards accepted)
