環状線沿いのこちら、以前はうどん屋さんだったかな。今は鍋料理のお店みたいですが、昼間はラーメンを提供されてます。
煮干し系の醤油、塩、味噌。さらに坦々麺まである。しかも、替え玉が煮干し和えとカレー和えがあるという変わり種。
さて、そのお味は？
先ずは10食限定の塩を注文。煮干しが効いた塩って初めてかも。さっぱりさの中に香る魚の旨みが面白い。麺は柔めのちぢれ。しっかりとスープが絡みます。鳥チャーシューと豚バラチャーシューの２枚載せ、旨いです。胡椒は塩用と醤油用があります。
そしてカレー和えの替え玉。そのままでも、残ったスープに入れても楽しめる。そのままだとちょっとしょっぱいかな。スープに入れて完食しました。まぁ、面白い。
