The "Koshi Camp Carefully Selected Course" for 7,700 yen offers 10 dishes featuring Mr. I's "Akaushi" and "Running Pig". You can enjoy satisfying dishes such as beef and pork at reasonable prices. In addition, "running pigs" raised on pasture are kept for a longer period of time than usual, resulting in meat with a richer flavor. The smoky, moist meat with the aroma of wood fire is simply served with salt.

Mr. I's "Akaushi", which he is particular about raising with local feed, is characterized by its strong lean meat. By aging the meat for about 1 to 2 months, the meat becomes softer and more flavorful.
