連れてきてもらいました

ドアを開けるとフルオープンキッチンに焚火！！！
炭の香りが店内を満たしています

お肉は店内中央の宝箱のなかから実際に見て選べるそう
さっそく案内してもらって宝箱をあけてもらうと

この日は羊・子豚・牛（ちょっとお安め）・牛（ちょっとお高め）
ひとつずつかなり丁寧に説明していただけます
肉に対する情熱がすごい
一度はぜひ。。。という一番お高い赤身の熟成肉と
走る子豚というブランドの豚さんを200ずつお願いしました
実際に広いところで走らせて育てるんですって～
羊も気になったけどこれは次回で

プロ意識が高く仕事が丁寧でとても良かったです
帰りに外のテラスで頂いたレモネードも最高でした
