10時間かけて焼いた旬の窯焼き野菜は
とろっとろ
窯焼き肉は
ホルスタイン種の雄牛
個体識別番号の開示もされてるお肉
16時間かけて石窯でじっくり火入れ
薪火で水分を逃さず柔らかく仕上げられ
旨味がギュッとを閉じ込められてる
脂身が少なく、噛みごたえありました
薬味は
・オリーブとアンチョビの辛味噌
・にんにくの醤油漬け
・粒マスタード
キャンプ飯らしい飯盒炊きごはんは

どれも他ではなかなか食べられないし、
とっても美味しかった

目の前でお肉をカットしてもらえたりと、
目でも楽しむことができ、ワクワク☺️
コスパも最高な
大人のキャンプに大満足でした
