火入れは抜群なはずなのに何故か少しパサついて感じる。薪火で焼くとこうなるのか？薬味は塩、自家製マスタード、にんにくの醤油漬け。
白子もぬめりの処理が甘く、膜がけっこうついてて口にまとまりつく。店員さんは皆さん感じも良く店内は薪火が中央にありお洒落だった。
