新規開店 #うみさと ｛福岡市中央区｝2019年04月01日(月)うみさとへ行って来た。
ここは、大正通りの一つ西側の一方通行の通り。
地下鉄赤坂駅から徒歩数分の距離だ。
３月２８日にオープンした新店。
九州の美味しいものを発掘し、提供するお店だそうだ。
昼は食堂で、夜は割烹なんだろうか？
ランチは、どれも千円以下のお手頃価格。
ご飯と味噌汁はお替り無料だ。
店内の一角には、３種類の漬物と、生卵のブッフェが。
注文したのは、日替わりランチ＠６８０円（税込）。
この日の日替りは、豚肉と野菜のカレー炒め。
大盛で頼んだご飯は、卵かけご飯で完食。
これからの繁盛を期待したい新店だった。

つけ麺ランチ #うみさと ｛福岡市中央区赤坂｝2022年03月08日(火)うみさとへ行って来た。
ここは、大正通りの一つ西側の一方通行の通り。
そこに、お得なつけ麺ランチが有ると聞いてやって来た。
これが、つけ麺のメニュー。
つけ麺は３種類で、ご飯や生卵が無料。
こちらが通常メニュー。
お魚を中心としたメニューで、ほとんどの方が日替りを注文してた。
店内の奥の方に、生卵コーナーが。
注文したのは、濃厚魚介豚骨つけ麺＠９００円（税込）。
勿論、無料のご飯を付けてもらった。
同時に、黒七味、七味、酢が配膳された。
早速、玉子かけご飯を作る。
麺には、大判の海苔、太いメンマ、２枚のチャーシュー。
先ずは、麺に塩を付けて頂く。
チャーシューは、大きくて柔らかく、肉の旨味タップリ。
冷たく絞められた極太麺は、モッチリとした食感で
濃厚な魚介豚骨のタレに絡んで美味しい。
最後は、スープ割でホット一息。
お腹一杯で、大満足な一杯だった。
