地下鉄赤坂駅近くにある「うみさと」さん。
ガラス張りで店内の様子を外から伺うことができ、このコロナ下で混雑具合がわかりやすいのは嬉しいところ。
階段を降りた場所に入り口があり、カウンター、テーブル席が多数。
九州の食材を使用したメニューが用意されており、お酒も鹿児島の焼酎を使った芋塩レモンサワーといった変わり種も笑
何品か撮れていないものもありますが、まず面白いのは鶏の唐揚げ。予想してた唐揚げと全く違って手羽先に近いような骨付きのスタイル。タレの味もしっかり染みていました♀️
すき焼きは平戸牛を使ったもの。無意識のうちに今まで食したことがあるのかもしれないけど、平戸牛として認識して食べたのは今回が初めて。卵黄と一緒に食べるお肉は絶品ですね。
カレイの煮付けは大きく、脂もしっかりのっていて、煮付けは間違いないという感想。
〆には稲庭うどんを注文。讃岐うどん、福岡のうどんも好きですが、稲庭うどんも麺が細く非常に好きな食。鴨肉とクレソンの組み合わせにも惹かれ、これは注文するしかないと笑。
サラダメニューがポテトサラダくらいしかなかったので、グリーンサラダ的な一品もあると尚嬉しかったですね。出来ればクレソンサラダ的な・・・笑
店内の雰囲気も明るい感じでした！
