近くで用事の後、ランチに伺いました。
土曜の昼時だったせいか、すんなり入れましたが、その後お店はほぼ満席になりました。
メニューを見ますと、魚料理、お肉料理、調理法も刺身から焼き、揚げまでと
いろんな定食がありますね。
しかし、マグロが食べたかったので迷わず
・長崎のヨコワたたき定食 1155円
を注文です。
5分ほどで提供。
メインのヨコワのたたき、小鉢はお豆腐、ご飯とお味噌汁、漬物、の構成。
セルフのお冷の場所に、生卵があり、それもいただいちゃいました。
お味噌汁はほぼワカメの味噌汁、味わいは良いです。
ご飯は少し柔めですが甘みがあって美味しい。TKGにしていただきました。
そして、ヨコワ。
たたきというのは珍しいですね。
一切れが結構厚めです、柔らかい身。上品な脂の乗りと甘み。
最初に食べた一切れは、表面がほんのり温かで、しっかり塩たたきになってました。
美味しい＾＾ｖ
ごちそうさまでした～。満足でした。
漢気かもしてる店員さんたちの対応も良く、お店の雰囲気も良かったですよ。
