ドアを開ける勇気を後押ししたのは空腹感。
メニューの面白さは何度もチラ見済み、
ごはん、お味噌汁、卵のおかわりができること、
天国へ誘われるように最後はワクワク走りました。
半地下に立地することからはじめ
オープンキッチンのある店内やカトラリー
メニューや調味料、雰囲気すべてが非日常。
時勢上、ひとり分の空間も広く、贅沢です。
お料理はどれも人気な様子で、
各々本当に美味しそうに食べられていました。
刺身が食べたい、初志貫徹し
ヨコワマグロ定食を。これはタタキで提供。
すごく相性が良い調理法ですね、
若さゆえの弾力と爽やかな香りと赤み。
ワインで言うとボジョレーな感覚。
面白い経験ができました。
ちなみに、すべて２度おかわりして大満足。
美味しかったんですもの。元気いっぱい。
まるで旅行へ行けたようなお昼でした。
