見掛け倒しの所もあるので、おしゃれでも誤魔化されないぞ!!!と舌にいつも言い聞かせています。(?)
白焼きと、うな重の特上を注文。
うなぎは外パリッ。中は、脂は多すぎず丁度良い塩梅で、身もトロトロではなくふわっふわ。
皮は少し厚いけど、パリッと上手焼かれていて、それがまた美味しい…!
