まだ新しいお店のようです。
店内はとても綺麗で調度品の趣味もよく、お店の方の対応も丁寧でいいですね。
お友達が予約してくれていたので土曜日でしたが安心して入店しました。
う巻きとせいろ蒸しを注文。う巻きはお友達とシェアしました。
う巻きを食べ終わってからちょうどせいろ蒸しが出てきました。
福岡の鰻店でもせいろ蒸しが有るお店と無いところがあるので、こちらは有るほう。
鰻大好きなので、もうちょっと気軽に食べられたらいいなぁ、でも絶滅したら困るしなぁ。
う巻きやお吸い物でも思ったのですが、少し薄味でしょうか。お出汁が利いているのでトータルの味としては美味しいのです。せいろ蒸しは鰻の生臭さが少し気になりました。
ごはんにまぶされているタレも、私はちょうどよく美味しかったのですが濃い醤油味がお好きな方には物足り無いかもしれません。濃い味のものは食べた満足感がある気がしますしね。
おいしかったです、ごちそうさまでした。
あ、一個だけ小さなことですが、注文品の会計が一品目ごとしかできないので「割り勘」がしずらいですね。お酒やおつまみを頼んで数人でシェアする場合は気を付けたほうがいいかもです。
