I went to Shirogane Hormon Marufuku in Shirogane, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture! ! As it seems to be a popular restaurant, I made a reservation and came to the store.I wasn't aiming for it, but it was the 29th, which was Meat Day, so I was lucky~~~(lol) As a bonus, alcohol was half price (lol)...I mistakenly thought it was fatty meat appetizer. I'm embarrassed to say that, so I won't write about it (lol) ◆Negi P Tongue It's one of the popular menus Pi is a pig (pork) (lol) It's my first time to have pork tongue!! ︎ The staff taught us how to grill it. First, lightly grill one side, then wrap plenty of green onions around the long, thin tongue, then flip it over and grill the other side.When it's lightly grilled, it's ready to eat. ,,, This is so delicious ♪ It feels a little softer than beef. It's chewy and light, so you can eat as much as you want. I should have added 10 more servings~ (lol) ◆Jami Cow tongue Salt It seems like the restaurant recommends it. But I ordered it anyway (lol) Well, it was cut into thick slices and was exquisite. . I like tongue whether it's thin or thick. Lately, I like thick slices!! ︎ ◆Kamimino This is my favorite part and I always order it.The crunchy texture is irresistible. ,,, The sauce was slightly spicy and delicious. ◆ Wagyu beef short ribs & Wagyu beef offal Don't forget the classic short ribs & offal (lol) ,,, Definitely consistent deliciousness,,,,,,, After all The short ribs were served with white rice, and the offal was served with beer⁉︎ There were two other dishes, but I forgot their names, so I'm not sorry. Needless to say, they were both very delicious (lol) ◆Stone Grilled bibimbap I rarely order rice at Yakiniku (Grilled meat), and I like it, but... I don't have a chance to eat stone-grilled bibimbap very often. . I put the bowl on the fire for a reasonable amount of time, and it had a very authentic feeling of crackling. It didn't have any half-burnt parts. It was delicious with a lot of kimchi. The amount is not that large which is helpful. ◆Wakame Soup A perfect partner for the slightly strong flavor of bibimbap...The gentle flavor is nice♪ The pineapple that cleanses the palate of the service leaves a refreshing aftertaste...Although it's a bit pricey, it was a restaurant that made me want to come back again! !
