*As of February 24, 2021, business hours have changed to 14:00-20:00 (last order 19:00). The menu was painted on the plywood board, and I was intrigued every time I passed by because they were so confident about their sesame mackerel, my favorite dish. I finally got around to going, so I went there and found that the plywood board had disappeared and was replaced by a neat signboard (it may have been there before, but it was just hidden behind the plywood board).I should have taken a photo of that plywood board. That's what I thought when I entered the store (lol) It's a new store that has only been open for less than a year, but it has an old-fashioned ``The Bar'' interior that makes you think it will look great over time. There is a lively and bright atmosphere with counter seats and barrel-shaped table seats surrounding the kitchen. The counter seats have acrylic board partitions for two people each. The first order is of course sesame mackerel! I came here for this, so I'm glad it's limited quantity. There's also the large shrimp skewer, which seems to be one of their signature menu items. I usually drink oolong tea with my meals, but the bar interior got me excited and I suddenly felt like drinking, so I ordered the specialty bar's lemon sour. Oh! It's served in a special tumbler (*゚▽゚*) And the appetizers are delicious, so you can expect a restaurant where the appetizers are delicious. Kinpira with rice noodles and vegetables? Simmered dish with a meat-and-potato-like flavor. Do you usually eat side Side Dishes like this? Plant-based? I don't like side dishes, but I thought it was amazing that they taste delicious even though they don't contain any of my favorite ingredients. As I was waiting excitedly, the sesame mackerel arrived━━━━(゚∀゚)━━━━!! The way the skin shined and the flesh of the meat was incredible. It's not mixed with the sauce, it's just soaked, so the freshness is obvious. You can't eat raw mackerel unless it's very fresh, so even the type that's well-coated is still fresh enough. I get excited when they show me off. I was also happy that there were plenty of seasonings and ginger. When I took a photo, I couldn't help but mutter the words, ``You are the star,'' as it was so dazzling that it almost blew out the whites. ... The sweetness of the soy sauce and the flavor of the fresh mackerel are so delicious that I can't say enough about them (*>w<*) I can't help but smile the whole time I'm eating it. Ah, I want white rice, so it's not on the menu (lol), but it's my first time here, so I can't be selfish, so I have to endure it (lol).I wash away the sweet flavor that lingered in my mouth with lemon sour and try a new slice. I chew it, fill it, and sink... I can't stop! There's no limit! Large shrimp skewers have a chewy texture. This was surprisingly normal, or rather, shrimp is shrimp no matter how it's cooked and it's delicious (lol).The salt that came with it was a large grain of salt that was crispy like breadcrumbs, and it seemed like they were particular about something, but I didn't need to add anything. It was salty enough, so I hardly needed to use any more... It was quite salty, so I drank it all down and had to get another lemon sour. I wanted to eat a small amount of meat, so I added chicken wings. If I could eat a large amount, I would have gone for grilled wagyu Sushi or Steak, but I wanted to go for something lighter. When I thought of chicken wings, I thought of something with a sweet sauce and sticky hands, but it turned out to be completely different from what I expected! (◎w◎) Appears wearing a crunchy Tatsuta-age-style batter. I thought to myself, ``Ah, this is what it is...'' and when I grabbed it, the garlic punch was amazing! (Surprised) People who don't like garlic are shocked at the level of garlic, but for me it's very good (º﹃º`) However, this one is also quite flavorful, and I like the lemon sour gooey to reset it. It wasn't on the regular menu, but it's a drink menu. meat! fish! I thought there was a lot of variety, but they also had konnyaku with roe, various kinds of pickles, and savory snacks. I also wanted to have one more snack while eating the snacks that didn't make me feel full, but it was almost time (lol) so I was also interested in the shrimp cutlet burger. I don't know how long it will be open, but it's open from noon right now, and the shrimp cutlet burger and shrimp Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) are also appealing for a late lunch. I want to come back to eat sesame mackerel again, but I also want to compare the sesame mackerel from different restaurants.On the way home, I could smell the garlic in my mask (lol)
