何だか蕎麦気分、福岡の蕎麦店と言えばむらたさん、その出身者が昨年7月オープンさせたとのことなのでこちらへ。
お店は色んな人気飲食店が入っているビル１F。
余談ですが店名にある「山茶花」は、「やまかけ蕎麦」「茶そば」「花巻そば」の頭文字だとか。
入店すると、想像以上にこじんまりで、カウンター席5席と2人用テーブル２卓。
丁度テーブル席のみ空いていたので案内。もう１つのテーブルもお一人様。
そしてカウンター席は４人ファミリー、なんかいつもと逆転してる・・。
メニューも季節食材を使用した蕎麦も多いけど
ここはやはりシンプルに盛り（770円）と天丼小（660円）を注文。
目の前には、蕎麦打ち部屋も見えます。
お料理はまとめて１つの盆で。
もりは、むらたらしいコシとのどごし。
更科ではなく、並粉を使用温蕎麦・冷蕎麦どちらにも合う万能な蕎麦粉を使用しているようです。
天丼は野菜2種と海老一尾。
海老も長く、野菜の１つは春菊、そして竹の子、これは嬉しい。エグミなくてこりこり食感春の訪れを感じます。
丼汁も甘めですがご飯がススむ味。こちらの方が美味しいかな。
そばツユが途中で薄くなったので言うと、ツユ追加してくれました。
蕎麦湯はドロドロでもなくサラサラでもなく。。
蕎麦前メニューも豊富なのでお昼からの飲みも楽しめそうです。
