本場のお味を味わえる創作イタリアンで、前菜も愉しめるパスタランチを
どこかでランチをと歩いていて、通りに置かれたメニューが目に止まり利用しました。
お店は3階、どんなお店かか解らないのでドキドキしながら。(^◇^;)
エレベーターを降りると直ぐ店内。
カウンター席と右手にテーブル席があります。先客がいらしたので、テーブル席の撮影は控えました。m(__)m
通り側に大きな窓があるので、明るく開放感ある店内。
訪問時はシェフとソムリエさん(だと思う)お二人で営まれていました。お若いですが、お二人とも感じがよくて。
カウンターには私だけでしたので、少しお話させて頂き・・
お話を伺うと2ヶ月前にオープンされ、ランチを始めて2週間だそう。シェフはイタリアや東京などで研鑽されたというお話でしたけれど、どこかでお目にかかったような気がして。(^◇^;)
コースは前日までの予約ですので、パスタランチ(1,500円:税込)を頂きました。
スーパーソレンティーナは何か解らないのですが何となく惹かれ、
迷いながらカチョエペペを久しく頂いていないのでそれを。
◆ドリンクは選べますので、好きな「ブラッドオレンジ」を。もう少し多いと嬉しいかも。(^◇^;)
◆パンは少し甘みを感じ美味しい。
◆前菜・・ナント「クラムチャウダー」、好きですから嬉しいですね。^^
前菜は、日替わりだそう。
*アサリやきのこタップリで、スープ自体も濃厚で美味しい。量もタップリ。
◆カチョエペペ、ボルケッタ(チーズ・レモン・黒胡椒のパスタと、豚肉の香草焼き)
カチョエペペはチーズと黒胡椒で作るシンプルなパスタですけれど、レモンを絞ることで爽やかさが加味されます。
シンプルなだけに難しいと思うのですが、粉チーズもタップリで好みのお味付けでした。
*豚肉の香草焼きは、お肉が柔らかい。パスタの茹で加減もちょうどいいですし、ボリュームもあります。
◆食べ終えると「少しティラミスが残ったのでいかがですか?」と。
ほんの少しですけれどと、サービスで頂きました。有難うございます。m(__)m
マスカルポーネの味わいやエスプレッソの風味もよく美味しい。♬
正直なところ初めてのお店ですのでどうかなと期待せずに入ったのですけれど、
クラムチャウダーもパスタも好みですし、サービスもよくいいお店でした
グランドメニューはなく、仕入れた食材によりお料理を作られるそうです。それもワクワク感があり、愉しそう。
お子様連れの方もいらしたので、お子様もOKなのかと。
機会があれば3,000円のコースランチも頂いてみたいですね。^^

Every time I had delicious Italian Cuisine food, I remembered this place...since last summer. I made a reservation through Tabelog after 8pm the day before I visited. The store is on the 3rd floor of the building. When you get off the elevator, you will find yourself inside the store. There are counter seats and table seats, and up to 2 people can sit at the counter. Since I was alone, I took a seat at the counter. Even though it was a weekday, it was full, so it must have become quite a popular restaurant. (≧◇≦) Maybe I was lucky to be able to make a reservation the day before. ^^ ◆It was a hot day for May (excuse: lol), so I had a small glass of beer (400 yen, tax included). (^◇^;) We used to have a pasta lunch, but now we only have a 3,000 yen course (tax included). We reconfirmed food items you do not like on the day. ◆ Prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, lemon mousse, amaou *I like the saltiness of Prosciutto to be just right. It's delicious when the flavors of the mozzarella cheese, sweet sauce, and sauce overlap. ◆Tuna carpaccio, grated yam and Aoi hayama sauce, beetroot and balsamic sauce. *One large fillet of tuna. It's delicious with either sauce, and you can enjoy a different flavor by mixing them together. ◆Homemade bread is served warm. ◆Fish dish: On this day, it was ``sautéed mackerel'', spinach, bamboo charcoal and some sauce, chili pepper and coriander paste.He explained it carefully, but I couldn't understand it. m(__)m *Mackerel is also delicious, and it's delicious when served with bamboo charcoal sauce. The chili pepper and coriander paste is quite spicy, so adding it little by little will add a nice accent. ◆Meat Meat Dishes: On this day, it was “beef fillet”. I was surprised that they would serve fillet at this price. (≧◇≦) The garnish is new potatoes. Bistachio butter, and under the meat is a ``Haccho miso and truffle'' sauce. *The meat is well-cooked, tender and delicious. The flavor of the Hatcho miso sauce is exquisite and goes well with the meat. ◆Peperoncino with corn and green chili pepper *It is sweet because the corn was shaved from raw kernels rather than canned corn. The seasoning of the green chili peppers was just right, not too spicy, and the dish was delicious overall. ◆Chocolate terrine and bistachio ice cream. ◆For drinks, you can choose between coffee and tea, so go for coffee. The portion is generous and it's light, making it perfect after a meal. Last time I had a pasta lunch, but it turned out to be quite delicious even with pasta. With this content, 3,000 yen including tax would be a bargain. No wonder it's popular. ^^ I visited again for lunch, but I also wanted to visit at night. ♪ 3,400 yen including drink (tax included; credit card accepted)
