2022年8月2日にOPENさればばかりの麺屋わがもん 大名本店さんへ。立地は大名の中心地にあり非常に行きやすい。
11時～15時がランチタイムで、15時～はディナータイムとの表記。恐るべきは〆や飲みにも利用可能なように朝4時まで営業をされているところ。店主の体力がすごい。
店の前にはバンクシースタイルのような大きな幕があり、店の場所には立地的にも迷わないでしょう。
味噌ラーメンと塩ラーメンが主体で、とんこつ主体の福岡では珍しい形態です。
今回は、味噌ラーメンを注文。ランチタイムにはお得なセットがありますが、糖質過多になると思い、ラーメンだけに留まりました笑
味噌スープは非常に濃厚で味噌の甘みを感じる濃いスープでした。麺はその味噌スープと相性の良いちぢれ麺。太すぎず、細すぎず、麺の美味しいコシも味わえました。
具材はもやし、玉ねぎ、ネギ、めんま、チャーシュー、肉そぼろ、そして生姜。
もやしや玉ねぎは言わずもがな味噌との相性が間違いない野菜です。味噌スープの甘みは玉ねぎ、肉そぼろからも出ているのでしょう。肉そぼろが入っている点では担々麺のような感覚でもありました。
チャーシューは肉厚でジューシー。味噌ラーメンにぴったりのテイストになっています。
上記の具材も美味しかったのですが、個人的なイチオシは生姜のトッピングです。味噌ラーメンでは珍しいスタイルではないでしょうか。この生姜のアクセント、辛みがスープに溶かしていくと、また違った深みのある味になっていきます。
福岡ではこういった生姜のトッピングといえば肉肉うどんは印象的ですが、これに近しい生姜の欲しさがありました。
濃厚なスープなのでセットのご飯とも相性は良かったんだろうと思います。次回伺う際はセットを検討したいですね！
