今年8月にオープンしたらしい味噌・塩ラーメン専門店。
バンクシーの暖簾？が目立つので見つけやすいかと(^^)
居酒屋メニューも豊富らしいので夜にお邪魔しました〜
えんがわユッケとイカソーメン、雲仙ハム焼きなどを注文。
中でもお店イチオシの肉しゅうまいは粗々しい肉感で美味しかったです(o^^o)
あと個人的には、ホルモン鉄板が懐かしい味わいでコレで定食食べたくなりました♪
〆は私は味噌ラーメン、お連れは塩ラーメンを。
味噌らぁめんは、コクや甘みもあって濃厚！
ご飯欲しくなるけど健診前で控えました(＞人＜;)
生姜がトッピングされてて体もあったまります〜
塩らぁめんも少しお裾分けしてもらいましたが、貝出汁かな、旨味がたっぷり出てました。
途中で"あさりバター"や"あおさ"を入れても楽しめるこだわりっぷりのようです。
私は、味噌のが好きかなあー
ちなみにどちらも麺屋慶史の特注麺使用してるそうです。
お昼は11時OPENでランチ・昼飲みも出来るうえに朝5時まで営業とのこと。
パワフル！深夜飲みには重宝されますね。
