味良し、雰囲気よし
フォロワー様の口コミを見て、やっと行けました。
何度か電話するもタイミング合わずで、たまたま今日当日予約が取れました。
6席のみなので本来は、早めの予約が良いかも。
13200円のコースのみです。
特に好きだったのは、つまみで出てきた胡麻豆腐の揚げだしが外はパリっと中はトロりで好き。
握りは、マグロの漬け美味しい。雲丹も甘くて。あなごもふわふわで溶けました、臭みもなし。
あなご本当に、美味しくて追加しました。
シャリは3種類の酢をブレンドされてるそう。酢がきつすぎず、バランスも良いです。
大将も、サービスの女性もとても感じが良くて。
初めて来訪でしたが、終始リラックスして美味しいお鮨を堪能できました。
近年高騰する、福岡のお鮨屋の中でこの内容でこのコスパは嬉しい。
2部制じゃないのも有り難いです。お鮨大好きなのですが、こちら定期的に伺いたいお店です。

I'll be visiting again. I tried to make a reservation at Ikkyu, but it wasn't available that day, so I called and was able to make a reservation for an earlier time. Turnip rub gently warms your stomach. The sashimi is also fresh and delicious. The spring rolls made with milt, shiso leaves, and other meat are also crispy. The sushi was also served early as the balls were just freshly made. It's fluffy. Everything is delicious with well-balanced sushi. The owner and the wait staff were very friendly and it was an enjoyable meal. I think the cost performance is also good.
