なるほど美味しい
オープンしてしばらくは人が賑わってましたが…今やランチタイムでも人はチラホラ。私が入店したときはノーゲストでした。天神のほうにも新店ができたと聞きましたが…
カフェのような店内で、良さげな音響からジャズが流れています。食券を買って入店。塩ラーメンを。
知人達からの評価はあまり良くなかったので、期待せずに行ったのですが、む…美味しい。スープもちょっと噛みごたえのある麺によく合います。2種類のチャーシューも美味しい。むねはもう少し柔らかくてもいいかも。
ラーメンっていうか、蕎麦に近い感じですかね。
スープも飲み飽きない。
総評として思ったよりだいぶ美味しかったです。
煮卵を付けると1,200円を超えてしまう部分が、小庶民のワタクシにはややハードル高めですが、ノーマルなラーメンならコスパも含め美味しくいただけそう。
ただ、店内をこんなにゴージャスにする必要があったのかは正直謎。味に自信があるならもっと普通な感じで良かったのでは…
夜はまた別メニューらしいのですが、機会があれば行ってみたいです。

Today is payday. I was planning on having a nice lunch, but I didn't have much time so I ended up having a nice Ramen instead. It's still empty and easy to get into. The menu is now on a tablet. Last time I ate the restaurant's most recommended salt Ramen, this time I chose soy sauce. The tanrei salt I had last time was really light, but the soy sauce had a fairly strong flavor. I might like this one better. I always think that the noodles are delicious, as is the soup. Thank you for the meal~
