We offer our products with confidence and are particular about the ingredients and cooking methods. One such option is the rice pot rice, which requires reservations and is served freshly cooked. We use a double-layered red clay pot custom-ordered from Anraku Kiln in Saga Prefecture. Each person makes 1.2 cups of rice, so you can take it home as Onigiri. There are many dishes that are perfect to go with alcohol, such as ``Goma mackerel'' that is caught in the store's fish tank in the morning, and ``Charcoal-grilled salt mackerel'' that has been dried overnight and purchased from a dried fish wholesaler. Enjoy the salted mackerel with our homemade seasoning ``Mikan Kosho'' made with mandarin oranges.

At our restaurant, we would like you to enjoy freshly cooked earthenware pot rice, so we require reservations. There are two morning shifts, from 7:00 a.m. and 8:15 a.m., and a lunch shift from 11:30 a.m. Miso soup using "Ezaki miso" from Yame, one pot of rice for each person with homemade rice bran pickles and Yanagawa's first-picked seaweed, charcoal-grilled salted mackerel, "Ranno" egg omelet from Oita Prefecture, and a luxurious meal. This is the content. Open at night from 18:00 to 23:00. We recommend ``Amagi fresh horse sashimi'' and ``Tsushima active conger eel shabu-shabu shabu'' from the owner's hometown of Kurume.

The interior of the store and the cutlery that customers use are all made in Kyushu. The tray on which the food is served is a red tray made by Inoue Rantai lacquerware from Kurume City, and on top of it are a tea bowl from Saga prefecture's Imari ware ``Bunsho kiln'', a Koishiwara ware ``Marudaigama'' container, and in the center We use a box made from "Hakata Magemono Tamaki" from Shime Town, Kasuya District. The mackerel stained glass at the gate was created by author Yumiko Goto. Enjoy it with your eyes and taste it with your tongue. Please enjoy in a space that pleases all five senses.
