まずシステムが素晴らしい。入店とともに食事が運ばれます。朝の制限時間は1時間。お昼は少しゆっくり。
予約にあわせて、専用の赤い土鍋で米を炊き上げる。米はオーナーの実家の拓ちゃん米だそうです。
おかずは盛りだくさんで、博多曲物のお重には、ゴマ鯖と明太子にイカしゅうまい、その他もろもろが敷き詰められている。そして、赤い土鍋には塩サバと卵焼き。
写真が映えます。しかもこれで3000円でお釣りがくるとは恐ろしいコスパ。そして腹パン。
8テーブル16席はいつも開店以来朝から満席だそうです。ご飯の炊き上がるのに40分かかるので、予約は1時間前までだそうです。ただし県外、海外のお客様も多く、寝坊や飛行機の遅れで、当日キャンセルがあるときもあるので、ギリ電話もらえると、お料理をご用意できることもあるそうです。
実は『 よるたろう』として、居酒屋夜営業も好調とのこと、今度は夜いってみよう。
