きめ細やかで清潔

``Specialty Original Hakata Trippa Nabe'' is a signature dish that won second place in the ``Nikkei Restaurants National Menu Grand Prix.'' Our original tomato motsu Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is made by carefully simmering the second tripe of Wagyu beef, and you can enjoy it even with the risotto you prepare afterwards. The ``eel cutlet,'' which is made by coating kabayaki eel in batter to make it fluffy, is also delicious.The ``Assorted Seasonal Vegetables,'' which is made with 10 kinds of fried vegetables, is also popular. Enjoy with your favorite seasonings such as Amakusa salt, curry salt, and yuzu pepper sauce.
