[Gineri Michi] is particular about Iki Seafood cuisine. We offer a menu of outstanding freshness that can only be provided by direct delivery from fishermen. Especially recommended is the "fisherman's squid sashimi." Serve the squid in a fisherman's traditional cutting method that brings out the sweetness of the squid to its fullest, and enjoy it with Iki soy sauce. Other must-sees include the ``Fisherman's Chazuke,'' which is served with dashi soup, the `` Seafood Onigiri,'' which is a mixture of diced Seafood, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped wasabi, and the moist and tender ``Duck Loin with Walnut Sauce.''
