You can enjoy seasonal flavors such as seasonal vegetables and Tempura of fresh fish such as conger conger and young sweetfish. The skewers are made by hand from scratch by the owner, and are grilled over binchotan charcoal for a fragrant aroma. We also have a special dish of vegetables wrapped in pork, and a luxurious platter featuring Kyushu Kuroge Wagyu beef. Also, ``Bone-in thigh confit'' will be available from October.
