お仕事 in 福岡市中央区大名。
普段のランチエリアから若干離れたこともあり、この機会に「笑いのえびす」さんを訪問です。
お店は大名1丁目交差点を東へ100mほど。
白地に黒文字の大きな提灯が目印です。
訪問時刻は11:35。
白と木目を基調にした明るく清潔な店内で、L字型のカウンター席が8席ほど。
テーブルは4人用と6人用が1つずつ。
さらに奥にもテーブルが見えますが、何卓かは不明です。
お若い男性2人でのオペレーション。
きちんとした明るく丁寧な接客で第1印象から好感が持てますネ。
席に座ると温かいお茶かお冷を尋ねられ、お茶をお願いしました。
注文したのは「かんぱちユッケ丼 大（1,100円、込）」。
先に冷奴、明太子、漬物が配されました。
これらをつまみ代わりにいただいていると、かんぱちユッケ丼の登場です。
カンパチはやや身が厚めに切られ噛み応えも十分。
新鮮で弾力のある噛み応えにコチュジャン風のタレが味を整えます。
添えられた味噌汁。
魚の旨味を感じる味噌汁でワンランク上の仕上がりです。
こちらのお店、Tポイント利用で食べログネット予約もできるんですが、あいにくおひとり様は対象外。
先述したように普段の活動エリアから外れた場所のため、行ってみて入れないなんてリスクを考えると・・。
味も接客もいいお店なので近くに寄った際に通りかかる機会があれば再訪したいですね。
