At our restaurant, we purchase healthy vegetables that can be enjoyed by men and women of all ages, as well as fresh fish from a fishmonger that the owner is familiar with in Yahatanishi Ward, Kitakyushu City. Enjoy the freshest fish caught on the same day. We have prepared a variety of dishes including oden that make use of these ingredients! We are proud of our oden, which is made with the most drinkable soup stock made from chicken bones and kelp. It's fresh because it's not added on, but pulled out every day! Enjoy everything from the classic radish to seasonal vegetables.

You can order a soy sauce-flavored hot pot made with Wagyu beef giblets for just one person. Other have today's specials and sashimi! We also recommend the Japanese sake, where you can taste local Fukuoka sake. There are always about 4 to 5 types, of which 2 to 3 are seasonal. We offer two types of craft beer that change daily, so you can enjoy it every day without getting tired of it. Don't miss out on the refillable "Iyasaka Special Sour" too!
