平日のランチタイム、福岡市地下鉄空港線大濠公園駅から徒歩1分ほど、「寿楽」に伺いました。
カジュアルに新鮮な海鮮を頂ける寿司割烹です。
■店舗
ビルの1階にあります。
ビルの入口にはお品書きもあるのですぐに分かります。
扉を開けると女性の方が温かく迎え入れて下さいました。
店内は左手にカウンター席、右手に小上がりのお座敷席。
13時00分頃の到着で3割ほどの客の入りです。
厨房では2名の板前さんが腕を振るっています。
照明はやや抑えめで落ち着いた雰囲気ですが、固さはなく、リラックスできます。
カウンター席に通して頂きました。
■メニュー
11時30分～14時00分限定(オーダーストップ13時30分)のランチメニュー。
海鮮丼や鉄火丼、寿司定食、花御膳など予算や気分に合わせて選べます。
以前と比較すると値上げしたようですが、それでも全体的にリーズナブルです。
今回はお目当ての
★寿司定食 1,500円
にしました。
オーダーするとすぐ、小鉢と茶碗蒸しが運ばれてきました。
お寿司は目の前で板前さんが握ってくださいます。
この時間本当に好きです。
5分弱ほどで到着です。
頂きます。
◆寿司
この日の握りは
・鯵の押し寿司

・鮪

・勘八
・歯鰹
・鯵
の8巻。
全体的にシャリは小さめですが、ネタには厚みがあります！
弾力もあって鮮度の高さを感じます。
玉子焼きも程よい甘さでなかなかのお味。
どうしてお寿司屋さんの玉子焼きってこんなに美味しいのでしょうか。
◆小鉢
烏賊の煮物でした。
あっさりした味付け。コリコリです。
◆茶碗蒸し
具材は椎茸、蒲鉾、銀杏。
かなり薄味でした。
◆お味噌汁
具材はあおさとわかめ。
しょっぱすぎず、薄すぎず、ちょうど良い塩梅です。
■あとがき
板前さんもとっても気さくな方で楽しくお話させて頂きました。
リーズナブルに板前さんの握る寿司を頂ける良いお店だと思います。
これは好みの話ですが、あがりがもう少し渋〜いと嬉しかったです。
鉄火丼も気になりますね〜。
