「您好！ 朋友（ニイハオ！ポンユウ）」さん♪
メディアでは指原莉乃さん、秋元康さんおすすめの「ピーマン炒め」と何度か放送されていて、時間が合えば食べに行ってみたいなと思っていたお店です。
お店へは七隈線・六本松駅2番出口から徒歩約5分、あらかじめ電話予約して18時にお伺いしました。
到着したころには店内は満席。店内には空席待ちの方が4,5人いらっしゃいましたよー。
お店はソフトバンクホークスの王会長や野球選手、芸能人御用達のお店のようで、壁には有名人のサインが沢山飾られています。
まずはアサヒの中瓶を注文してグラスでグイッと一杯。この日、初のアルコール♪
しみるねー。
で、料理はお目当てのピーマン炒めと、
おすすめされたトマト玉子炒めを注文！
5分ぐらいでまずはトマト玉子炒めが提供。見た目から1人では量はかなり多い感じですねー。
トマトの酸味を玉子の甘味で包み込んでいるような感じです。
さらに10分後、念願のピーマン炒めが提供♪
ピーマンがとても色鮮やかですねー！
中華鍋で素揚げされたピーマンはとてもジューシーで美味く、ビールにもピッタリ♪
厨房はオープンキッチンになっており、中国語が飛び交う活気のあるお店でした。
また食事中には何回も電話がかかってきて、お断りされていましたよ、大繁盛ですね。
