This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in the town of Ropponmatsu, which underwent a transformation after Kyushu University moved there. This was my first visit, and the restaurant had a calm atmosphere and was crowded with local families. We ordered a la carte and had an assortment of sashimi and oboro tofu. Fresh and meaty sashimi is beautifully arranged, and you can enjoy it! I thought. Add plenty of ginger to the soft and fluffy tofu. Mentaiko tamagoyaki and grilled stingray fin are also dishes that you can't go wrong with. To finish off the meal, I also enjoyed the Chinese-style yakisoba. I'm also happy that the prices seem to be about 500 to 1,000 yen cheaper compared to Tenjin and Nakasu. It is a good shop.
