First of all, enjoy the soup with pure chicken extract without any unnecessary seasoning. Then, enjoy three types of meat: bone-in thigh, shank, and chicken wing. We also recommend adding yuzu pepper to your home-made ponzu sauce. Also, the soup, which was clear at first, becomes richer and richer as more meat is added. Cooking the vegetables adds even more sweetness, making it even more delicious! To finish off your meal, enjoy porridge or somen noodles that are full of the flavor of the soup.

Our selection of Japanese sake is centered around famous local sake. We recommend Wakanami in Fukuoka. It has a fruity aroma and soft taste, making it a drink recommended for women as well. For those who prefer spicy food, "TAMA", also located in Fukuoka, is popular. It has a crisp taste that allows you to feel the slight flavor of rice, and is addictive. For shochu lovers, we offer carefully selected brands, including the classic Kuro Kirishima, as well as rare ones such as Tominohozan and Yamatozakura (four bottles available).

It's not a dish to rest your chopsticks on, but a dish to keep your chopsticks from resting. Another signature dish of our restaurant, ``karaage,'' is 750 yen (tax included) for 5 pieces per person. The breasts of carefully selected domestic young chickens are deep-fried, so they are crispy on the outside and plump and juicy on the inside, making them addictingly delicious. It goes perfectly with beer, sake, shochu, and a wide selection of wines! You can order from 150 yen per piece, so feel free to order.
