We take great care in purchasing all of the ingredients we sell, including completely pesticide-free vegetables shipped directly from the owner's family's farm. We are proud of the ``Kinkumoton'' from Oita Prefecture, which is used in our ``Handmade Dim sum Sum'' and ``Black Vinegar Sweet and Sour Pork,'' as well as the ``Bungo Beef'' from the same prefecture, which is used in our ``Stir-Fry'' and ``Tandan Noodles.'' In addition, we also offer a wide variety of a la carte dishes using "herb chicken." We would be happy if you could enjoy the original flavor by using plenty of vegetables and cooking methods that bring out the flavors of the ingredients.

Our restaurant offers healthy a la carte dishes featuring pesticide-free vegetables. The chef, who gained experience at Hotel New Otani Makuhari [Taikanen], will propose a new style of Chinese cuisine that overturns the general image of greasy Chinese food. We use carefully selected vegetables grown at the owner's family's farm in Nakatsu, Oita Prefecture. We carefully prepare ingredients that are filled with the love of the producers, and deliver excellent dishes that even health-conscious customers will be satisfied with.

We have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages produced in Oita Prefecture. We offer a variety of brands, including the Japanese sake ``Futabayama Honjozo'', the barley ``Kenhachi'' shochu, the rice ``Yama Bijin'', and wine from the winery ``Ajimu Winery''. We also have Manzen, a sweet potato shochu from Kagoshima Prefecture, and natural wines that go well with Chinese food, so be sure to find your favorite drink.
