超旨い定食屋さんです。いつもお客様がいっぱいで気になっていた飯すけさんに初入店。まずはビールと空豆。じっくりメニューを見て、お刺身、牡蠣、メバルの煮付けと注文。お刺身は定食にしたのでご飯とお味噌汁がついてきました。牡蠣も新鮮で旨い。また、お刺身は、こんなにたくさんと思うぐらい量もあり、わさびとお醤油をつけてご飯の上にのせて一口食べると、旨い、甘い、ご飯の固さが絶妙で感動。そして、あおさのお味噌汁で流し込む。もう満足しかないです。お酒は、白のブルゴーニュ・シャルドネ。酸味が綺麗で、魚料理にピッタリです。最後にメバルの煮付けですが、こんなに大きなメバル。火のいれ具合や味付けが最高で、プリプリの身が口の中でほどよい弾力があり最高です。魚を食べるならここは、イチオシです。
