うどんが美味しい焼き鳥さん : Muichimon

The noodles were somewhere between Sanuki and Hakata, with a good firmness, and the broth and about six burdock roots were crisp and delicious! I was surprised to be able to get such high-quality udon at Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). The udon alone might be worth it.
