平日の18時に予約して訪問。赤坂駅からぷらぷら歩いて15分。わかりやすい場所でした。今回はコースではなくアラカルトで予約。カウンターはすぐに満席になり、コースの方とアラカルトと半々ぐらいの感じ。
お任せ串6本は頼むとして、アラカルトメニューを吟味。種類はないけど、全部美味しそうで悩みます。大将にも相談したら、メニューにはないけどフエフキダイの焼物が珍しくて美味しい＆コース用の良いボタンエビがある、ということでお願いしました。特上馬刺しと鰹、トマトをアラカルトメニューからチョイス。
生小の後はグラスで日本酒を何種類か愉しみながらの2時間。料理はちゃんと小分けして提供してくれるので良いです。お勧めのボタンエビは、頭の味噌が旨旨。馬刺しはハラミの部分で、噛めば噛むほど味が出てくる逸品。これ目当てに又来たいなぐらいの感想でした。フエフキダイの焼物は、ふわふわで上品な脂で出逢えて良かった…焼き物ではせせり・つくねが旨旨でした。しめにつけ麺を食べて、気持ちよくお会計。
