親戚と福岡で集まり６人でランチです。
個室利用で、御笠川が見える！
ランチだったので少しリーズナブルにいただけます。
食べてわかる。。今までの水炊きはなんだったんだ。。！？ってくらい概念が変わります。
鶏のうまみが凝縮されたスープを最初に頂いてからのスタート。
子供たちがいたので食べるの、話すので忙しくて忙しくて。。ww
着物姿の女将がサーブしてくれるので嬉しい。
最後はスープをごはんにかけて頂くのですがこれがなんとも美味しくて。。
鶏だけでなく野菜を入れた後にまたスープの出汁が変わるので変化も楽しかったです。
親戚が集まる時にはぴったりな場所でした。
親戚に予約してもらったのですが美味しくて素敵な場所を知れてよかったです。
