"Chisen" is proud of its dishes made with fresh fish purchased from the market. You can choose from the popular sashimi platter from four types, five types, or seven types. The Saga Kuroge Wagyu beef nigiri topped with the finest raw sea urchin is also an exquisite dish that melts in your mouth. We also have courses available. There are 3 types in total, and there is a course that includes tasting and comparing the three types of bluefin tuna (large tuna), raw bluefin tuna (medium tuna), and raw bluefin tuna (red meat), as well as a course that comes with the finest raw sea urchin from Hokkaido and a nigiri of Kuroge Wagyu beef!
